Chipbreakers are staggered on the flutes, breaking the chip into small pieces to give a smooth finish.
Add Chipbreakers to 1/2" & larger

TiAlN coating will increase the tool life on most materials and increase cutting time with most applications.

Carbide Router bits2 & 3 Flute Compression Up / Down Shear

Used for double sided laminates, giving a good finish to both top and bottom. Cutting speed should be reduced for best finish, as chips are forced back into material.

Recommended for hardwoods or dense material, utilizing high feed rates.
